Thymesia, which will be an alternative to the Souls genre, will be delayed…
After the postponement decision, we will wait a little longer to meet with Thymesia . So, when will the game, inspired by Souls games, be released? Details are here.
The story of the game takes place in the Kingdom of Hermes, which has entered the age of misery. Alchemy, which is seen as the savior of the state the kingdom has fallen into, is beginning to be used widely throughout the country. However, in the face of this costly attempt, the soldiers turn into mutated creatures and the kingdom is quickly plunged into chaos. With the infected creatures roaming the streets, hopes of cure are also illusory.
We are in the role of a savior named Corvus in the story. However, since our character has lost his memory, we will both fight dangerous creatures all over the kingdom and try to regain his memory throughout the scenario.
A Ten-Day Postponement Decision Made for Thymesia
Since it is said to have a compelling structure similar to Souls games and will be available for PC (Steam), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, the date was originally given as August 9, 2022. However, with a statement published on Steam, it was announced that it was taken to August 18, 2022 . So there will be only a nine-day delay.
According to Team17 and OverBorder Studio, such a decision was made so that the feedback about the recently released demo could be taken into account and put into practice. It has been said that they want to provide the best possible experience in the Thymesia game and that the extra days will be enough to implement the desired changes and bug resolutions on all platforms.
