Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will be released with a delay, and a significant one. Another Ubisoft game tentatively scheduled for release in 2022 will also suffer the same fate.
I bring bad news to everyone who is looking forward to the release of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora from Ubisoft Massive. According to today’s financial report from the French company for the first quarter of the financial year 2022/23, this game will be delayed and will be released in 2023/24 (i.e. between April 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024)
The reasons for the delay are not known. According to popular insider Tom Henderson, a few weeks ago, Ubisoft assured that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora would be released on November 18, 2022. The journalist finds this information unexpected.
Interestingly, the fate of Avatar will be shared by another less premium game, which was scheduled for release in 2022/23. However, we can only guess about its name, since it has not yet been officially announced. It seems likely that we are talking about an Assassin’s Creed spin-off subtitled Rift – which, according to recent rumors, should take us to Baghdad.
