Your task is to assist her in locating the Superfan responsible for the theft and persuading them to return it within the Starfield universe.

How to unlock the Superfan mission
To initiate the Superfan mission in Starfield, your first step is to engage in a conversation with DJ BorealUS at the Astral VIP Lounge.
Begin by traveling to Neon City and proceeding to Neon Core. Within the VIP section of the Astral Lounge, you’ll discover the DJ in her exclusive booth.
Alternatively, you can also trigger the Superfan mission by accessing your mission log upon your arrival in Neon City. Look for the Superfan activity and select it once you’ve seen the mission prompt.

How to complete Superfan in Starfield
DJ BorealUS wants you to help her find a stolen music slate. Your first objective will be to speak with Myka in the Euphorika Bar. To get there, take a right from the Ebbside door that leads to the Astral Lounge.
Myka will request 1500 Credits in exchange for divulging further information regarding the whereabouts of the missing music slate. If you have the funds to spare, you can make the payment. Alternatively, if you possess the Neon Street Rat Trait, you can obtain the information without any cost.
Myka will disclose Stratos’ whereabouts, the individual responsible for the slate’s theft. Make your way to Madame Sauvage’s, situated on the opposite end of Ebbside, to confront Stratos.
Recover the music slate from Stratos
To successfully conclude the Superfan mission in Starfield and retrieve the music slate from Stratos, you have three viable approaches at your disposal: offer him some Aurora, employ persuasion to reason with him, or discreetly pickpocket the slate.

Having level 3 or higher persuasion skills significantly simplifies the process of reclaiming the slate. However, if persuasion fails, your next best option is pickpocketing.
Stealthily maneuver past Stratos and discreetly snatch the slate from his possession. We highly advise saving your game before attempting the pickpocketing maneuver. This way, if you encounter failure or are apprehended, you can reload and make another attempt without incurring any jail time.
Your final recourse is to offer him Auroras, although we do not recommend this course of action. Purchasing Auroras from a vendor can cost you up to 5000 Credits in Starfield and undermines the essence of embarking on the Superfan quest.
