The new game in the NBA 2K series will be available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Switch Xbox One and Xbox Series on September 9, 2022 . NBA 2K23 first look trailer has also been released by 2K Games . Details are here.
With the announcement made towards the middle of this month, the game will be available in four different editions, Digital Deluxe, Michael Jordan and Championship, as well as the standard one, both digitally and boxed. While the famous basketball legend will grace the cover of the Championship and Michael Jordan editions, Phoenix Suns player Devin Booker will appear on the cover of the standard and Digital Deluxe editions.
NBA 2K23 First Look Trailer Revealed
While counting the days for the release date, 2K Games has also released a first look trailer for NBA 2K23. You can check out the short trailer, where cutscenes and gameplay footage are blended, below.
The Digital Deluxe version of the game includes cross-platform support, plus ten thousand points, ten coins, twenty-three promotional packs for MyTeam, Sapphire Devin Booker and Emerald Michael Jordan cards, Free Agent Pack, Diamond Jordan Shoes, Emerald Aries Card Pack, every single item in MyCAREER mode. It will come with ten power-ups for the Skill Boost and Gatorade Boost type, two-hour double experience tokens, four cap star t-shirts, backpack and armband, and a specially designed cap star skateboard.
The Michael Jordan edition will come with 100,000 art credits in addition to the Digital Deluxe edition content, while the Championship edition comes with a twelve-month NBA League Pass subscription in addition to the content of the previous special editions. Ten percent experience points support for season progression in MyTeam mode and a Michael Jordan-themed Go-Kart from day one will also be offered to players with this version.
