Monster Hunter World Iceborne Tempered Azure Mane Farming
The Tempered Azure Mane could be handy to create slot and affinity increases on certain weapons, or simply to finish the Handcraft Charm 4 and Challenge Charm 4.
Tempered azure mane farming is rather basic when it comes to hunting a beast for it so we’ll go through all you need to learn in the following guide to farm this rare MHW object in another!
Once you’ve accessed Monster Hunter World Iceborne’s Guiding Lands, you only have to look for tempered monsters, more specifically a tempered Lunastra.
Once you’ve found the Tempered Lunastra, lure it in, you can farm the Tempered Azure Mane which drops just like Shiny candies. These will then appear when you submit to the handler in your quest rewards too.
Thanks to an unreasonable fact, you can double farming by equipping level one of geological skills which, although basically doubles the material farmed from Bonepiles, we know that the Tempered Azure Mane does not drop in Bonepiles, nevertheless you can double the Tempered Azure Mane farming in the field by equipping the geologist skills.
The trick of creating more monster Tempered Azure Mane is pretty simple! Just solid things like stones and walls need to be thrown into the creature. Which you can do by latching your Cluster Claw onto the monsters face and then tossing them into one of the artifacts!
Make sure you’re ready to launch the Slingshot Ammunition. Once the monster stumbles towards the target, fire the slingshot at them so that they finally hit the object and lose the materials!
This trick can only be executed three times if the monster is not in angry state! If that’s the case then you’ll need to wait to calm it down.
The Guiding Lands Wildspire Region also has to be increased to level 7 for the Lunastra to appear when using the lure. By breaking another part of the monster you could have collected the bait! Just go to the handler to get the bait, but make sure it’s a Tempered Lunastra bait, so the one you’re looking for is the monster you lure in.
Hope you find this guide very useful and end up farming the rare item that all MHW players look forward to getting!
