In these days when 13th generation Intel processors are approaching step by step, leaks have started to occur for models belonging to the new processor family. After the last performance test leak for the Intel Core i9-13900K model, a similar leak has now come for the Intel Core i5-13600K model.
According to the data revealed on Geekbench , Intel’s new processor will be just as powerful as we expect.
Intel Core i5-13600K May Hurt AMD
According to the leaked information, the new processor will have 14 cores and 20 threads . It has also been revealed how the distribution of these nuclei will be. Because the hybrid structure will continue.
Again we will see performance and efficiency cores. There will be 6 performance cores and 8 efficiency cores in the series . Of course we add them based on the leak.
When we come to the result of the performance test, we notice an important detail. The tests were done with two separate motherboards. ASRock signed and ASUS signed motherboards are used. I think the test with ASUS motherboard is overclocked.
Because the test scores obtained are higher on the ASUS motherboard and the clock speeds achieved are also different.
When we look at the general results, it seems that the Intel Core i5-13600K model got a single core score of 1980 in the standard test . The multi-core score is set as 14425 . The test, which we think is overclocking, has a single core score of 2012 and a multi-core score of 16054 .
Based on standard test results , the i5-13600K seems to give 38% better multi-core performance than the current generation .
