GTA 6 release update: New Grand Theft Auto blow for Xbox and PlayStation
PLAYSTATION and Xbox fans looking forward to the reveal of GTA 6 have been delivered some bad news.
This year, there are many high-profile games from major studios but Rockstar Games are the biggest absence for Grand theft car makers. It is not clear if PlayStation and Xbox consoles are actually going to include Red Dead Redemption 2 developers ‘ next title, which could be GTA 6. But the next Grand Theft Car has been speculated, with fans hoping to have a GTA6
A GTA 6 announcement could be made this month, according to the rumor mill, and may be revealed at the PS5 launch event.
Leakers reported that Sony was to release PlayStation 5 early in February with a launch event.
There is a great reason why a PS5 launch event can be announced by GTA 6.
Because one of the most impressive reports suggested that Sony had paid huge funds to obtain exclusive timely rights for GTA 6.
GTA 6 release update
The suspected GTA 6 leak is an exclusive PS5 game.
What is noteworthy about this leak is that other PS5 details has been correctly revealed prior to Sony’s official announcement.
This could give the other claims made about GTA 6 credence.
Of course, this is not obvious, but when it happens, it means that many explanations are there that GTA fans will adjust to the PS5 situation.
Nonetheless, some bad news was offered to fans because reports of a PS5 event this week did not turn out to be true.
The reports have suggested that on Wednesday 12 February, a PS5 unveiling event was scheduled.
The alleged leak appeared on ResetEra before being taken down, but not before one tweeter and YouTuber Josh Gaming gave a rundown of the rumours.
The @JoshGamnChannel Twitter account posted: “Here’s a basic rundown of the rumor floating around.
“Event PS5 reveal on Feb 12th. The event will be hosted by Geoff Keighley.
“The price and release will be announced at a later date. PS5 is 12.2 TF. 1TB SSD”.
They added: “Initial posts have been withdrawn from Resetera, so I copied them and made a thread here.
And, suffice it to say, Josh Gaming was right to say that he was treating these reports with a pinch of salt— as February 12 came and went without a word about the ps5. “Ok, take it with a little salt again and be too excited for this!”
The news means that a GTA 6 will be waiting to be revealed, but it is unclear when the next Auto GTA 6 will happen.
The PS5 unveiling event could take place in March in recent rumors, and it could take place when GTA 6 is revealed.
The news comes as fans were told what to expect this year by Mr. Strauss Zelnick, CEO of the Rockstar parent company Take Two.
Zelnick was asked if his company would put out an AAA game in 2020, and he responded that he might not.
He said: “We will hear our initial fiscal outlook for 21 May as usual, and our labels still publish our stuff, of course.
We’ve opted to have a solid frontline release plan, all versions from beloved franchises, as you correctly pointed out.
“We have eleven franchises that in one survey and new intellectual property have sold in at least five million units and we are working on the most extensive pipeline in our history. So we’re incredibly excited.
“We have, therefore, never been able to achieve our target in every year, even in recent years, of a solid frontline release schedule.
“We have now built an enterprise with this strong basis of catalog titles and ongoing titles which live in our consumers ‘ hearts and minds to generate interaction as well as to generate net bookings and profits,” said Zelnick: “So we now have a business that is both a season and a season.
“And of course, with these frontline new releases we will build up our business at the same time. As we are an organization that relies on our design creative teams, we must be prepared to live with the variations of product delivery because close to ideal products as possible.
“We’re going to have a thin frontline years, sometimes, that means. But we were able to deliver really good financial results even in those first years.
