BORDERLANDS 3 FRENZY FARMING

Were you prepared to take your farm out, Vault Hunter? No, not the resourceful ancestors of Typhon DeLeon’s turd farming— we’re thinking about fighting bosses and special enemies to win some of the best loot from Borderlands 3.

During a limited-time mini-event we called Farming Frenzy, you can take advantage of higher drop levels and from January 16 to January 30 Rare Spawns appear more frequently.

You will have additional incentives to farm enemies with dedicated loot drops for the next two weeks.

This includes repeatable bosses from the main story campaign, Slaughter Arenas Proving Grounds and Circle, and the Maliwan Blacksite Takedown, as well as designated enemies including Rare Spawns, Hammerlock Hunts, and Targets of Opportunity.

All these distinct, deadly baddies are more likely to drop Legendary objects from their respective loot pools— and as an added bonus, the dropped gear encounter rate has been temporarily increased too!

BORDERLANDS 3 TAKEDOWN AT THE MALIWAN BLACKSITE

Having seen your handiwork sharpshooting back on Promethea, Lorelei is now recruiting you and your fellow Vault Hunters for a coordinated attack on a facility in Maliwan where a secret weapon is being developed.

Just experienced Vault Hunters can enlist: as soon as you complete the main story campaign and embrace Lorelei’s quest aboard Sanctuary III, you can theoretically enter the Takedown at the Maliwan Blacksite, but all the enemies you’ll meet in the Takedown are locked at level 50 and are ready to vaporize you in an instant if you try to face them prematurely.

If you want any chance of survival, you’ll need to come really prepared, meaning you should be level 50 yourself and have decked out your Vault Hunter with Legendary weapons and things that synergize with your favorite build.
